After purchasing a bracelet, you scan its QR code, create a Qure account on the website and add your medical information. Once set up, someone can scan the bracelet to view the linked medical profile.
No. Qure currently works through the website and does not require a dedicated mobile app.
They are redirected to your Qure medical profile and can view the information included in that profile. Your designated emergency contact is also notified that a scan occurred and receives the scan location.
Qure supports medical information such as blood type, allergies, medical conditions, medications and medical history, as well as emergency contact details.
Anyone with a smartphone capable of scanning the QR code can initiate the scan. This is an important part of making the bracelet useful in an emergency, when the person helping may not have a Qure account.

No. Qure is a medical identification and information-access tool. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor or replace doctors, hospitals, official medical records or emergency services.
Update your Qure profile as soon as possible. Keeping the profile current is essential to making the information useful when it is needed.

Yes. Qure bracelets are designed to be waterproof for everyday use.
Yes. Qure can be used as an additional safety measure for children and students. A parent or legal guardian should create and manage the child's medical profile.
Yes. Schools can provide Qure as an additional safety measure. The current model does not require the school to operate a separate dashboard; the parent or guardian manages the student's medical information.
